I called for a consultation and obtained an appointment at my convenience. My wife and I met with Kerry, a registered nurse, who was always professional. While she was there to evaluate what services we might need, she explained all the technical and administrative aspects as required by Medicare and the insurance company. She stayed as long as we wanted to answer the list of questions we prepared. She explained the insurance process and offered to complete all the necessary forms.

Finding a perfect match took a few tries. The office staff was very accommodating. Jose, our main contact, was especially helpful. When we needed to make an adjustment he never asked why. We tried a number of aides until we found Miselande (aka Mimi) who is outstanding. We could not be happier with her service. She is caring and anticipates our needs. She assists with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, laundry, serving and cleaning up after meals. She shows up every morning with a smile and is a pleasure to have around.
